1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
- The item is not marked as non-returnable (e.g. custom orders, clearance items, or consumables)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us via Email
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
- You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos and a description of the issue
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us to arrange it.
